Ask your AI assistant about your machines
Why OEE fell or which quotes are off is in your data, but finding it takes hours. Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, and get the answer with the figures from your machines.

Ask about quotes, setups and lost hours
Your assistant reads your machines' data in Dextrolab and answers with a table and what to do about it.
Which quotes are off
Each part's quote is set against what it really takes on your machines, with the quotes worth changing.
- Parts more than 10 % off their quote
- What each part really takes, from the control
- The open jobs on those parts

Which setups ran over
Every changeover is held against its quoted setup, by part and machine, so you see where the hours went.
- How many ran over, and by how much
- The parts and machines worst off
- What it means for the jobs running now

Act on what it finds
Give a stop its reason, add or close a job, or put one on a machine, and everyone sees it in Dextrolab at once.
- It sees and does only what your roles allow
- An owner or admin turns it off for everyone with one switch
- Each person disconnects their own assistant whenever they like

Any assistant that takes a custom connector over MCP, the open standard that links AI assistants to other software. Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral's Le Chat and Perplexity can, as can Microsoft Copilot in Copilot Studio and Gemini in Gemini Enterprise, though not on every plan. In a company account, an administrator may have to allow it first.
No. Every plan includes it. The assistant itself is yours, on your own subscription.
Only what you ask about, to the assistant you chose. Dextrolab has no AI of its own. Your assistant's maker handles what it reads under your agreement with them, as with anything else you share with it.
Not unless you let it. Each change is marked as one, so assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT ask you before they make it. Then it shows in Dextrolab at once, as if you had made it there.
Owners, admins, managers and maintenance, each with their own account. Operators at the tablet don't. Names and figures per person reach only those who may compare operators.
