What Dextrolab reads
MTConnect
Straight from the control.
- Running, stopped or waiting
- Mode: automatic or manual
- The program it runs
- Part count
- Alarms, with their text
- Emergency stop
For the best MTConnect, Haas recommends 100.20.000.1200 or later. Machines with a "/" in their name need 100.24.000.1200 or later, which the Haas Factory Outlet installs.
Under SETTING, Network, Wired Connection, the control joins your network, with an address from it or a fixed one. Dextrolab then reads its MTConnect agent on port 8082.
