The controls Dextrolab reads
Dextrolab reads CNC controls over your network: Heidenhain and Siemens over OPC UA, Fanuc over FOCAS, Haas, Mazak and Okuma over MTConnect. Each page says which models, what the control needs and what it reads.
- OPC UAHeidenhain
Needs software option 56 from your Heidenhain dealer.
- OPC UASiemens Sinumerik
Needs the Access MyMachine / OPC UA licence.
- FOCASFanuc
Nothing extra on current 0i and 30i-series controls.
MTConnectHaasNothing extra on the Next Generation Control.
- MTConnectMazak
Needs Mazak's MTConnect adapter, one per machine.
- MTConnectOkuma
Okuma's MTConnect adapter, free on OSP-P controls.
The same figures from every control
Whichever protocol a control speaks, Dextrolab turns what it says into the same status, programs and parts. It only reads: it never writes to a control.

They come next, through a small I/O module wired to the machine. Tell our team which machines you have.
Ask our team. Many controls speak OPC UA or MTConnect, and we check yours in the demo, before you decide.
Only what the control needs to share its data, such as switching on its network data (each control's page says how). Dextrolab itself only reads: it never writes to a control.
Our team connects your machines on the install day. A control that needs an option is connected as soon as the option is on.
