Your machines say what they do. Your people say why.
One edge device reads the controls you already have. Operators give each stop its reason on a tablet at the machine. You see it all live, and in a report after every shift.

From the install day on
Our team sets it up on site. Operators tap a reason when a machine stops. The rest comes from the machines.
We connect your machines in a day
One edge device on your network reads every machine's control, over MTConnect, OPC UA or Fanuc FOCAS. Our team installs it on site and connects your machines the same day.
- One edge device for the whole plant
- Status, program and part count, straight from the control
- Nothing to open in your firewall

Operators say why it stopped
When a machine stops, the tablet beside it asks why. The operator taps the reason from your own list, and can also sign in, log scrap or call for help.
- Big tiles, easy to tap at the machine
- In the plant's own language: Dutch or English
- Your own stop and scrap reasons
You see it live, and after every shift
Every machine as it runs, on your screen, the TV in the hall and your phone. After every shift, a report sums it up, by e-mail too.
- A message when a machine stands still too long
- Downtime by reason, machine and shift
- OEE and cycle times from the control's own counts
CNC machines with a network port: Heidenhain and Siemens over OPC UA, Fanuc over FOCAS, Haas, Mazak and Okuma over MTConnect. Some need something from their maker first: Heidenhain and Siemens their OPC UA option, a Mazak its MTConnect adapter. Machines without a network port come next, through a small I/O module.
Our team comes on site, puts the edge device on your network and connects your machines. Before we leave, your people know the tablets and the reports.
Very little. The edge device only connects out, over one encrypted connection to our servers in the EU, so no port opens in your firewall. It also works through a web proxy.
The edge device keeps reading your machines and holds what it reads for days. Once the connection is back, it sends it all.
